GLOSSOPERA was established in 2013 by Glossop-based opera singer and singing teacher Claire Surman, with a view to bringing quality operatic music and performing opportunities to Glossop and the surrounding area. Future plans include a professional operatic production for Glossop, featuring an amateur chorus of Glossop residents.
